My 2 favorite labels right now are BPitch Control & Border Community, just in case you're wondering. They're both doing exciting things with the direction of dance music today. The artists w/in this group seem to have a collective goal to produce music that combines emotion, soul, & wierd elements to expand the listener's mind from the typical expectations of dance music today.

Nice show, especially love the image of Lump dispersed in radio waves into every last tiny place in Memphis. Keep up the good work, riding the line between club speakers and headphones, normal and strange, inside and outside.
Thank you, John. That's a huge compliment coming from you. I'm doing my best, but i realize i have a long way to go. I need to hear the recording now to get what your stating, tho....
I like the fact that you have an open approach to the show. You play plenty of requests, you play old classics, you play plenty of local talent, you play great mixes, you play a decent mix of styles and most importantly, every once in a while, you play a track that is so strange and enigmatic and... hmmm... simply great that they hopefully open up some ears to what's good in the world of electronic music.
^You don't know how happy it makes me to read that. Since I've taken over the HHDG in Sept., I've been hoping to reach out to as many listeners as possible. This week though, I realized I haven't played a whole lot of trance in a while. Tomorrow I'll bring some with me to appeal to the trancezaholics. Although, I'll probably start out with house again b/c I received some SubZero Latin house from Matt that needs to be aired.
What's up with the 03.10.07 tracklisting? Come on!
