Hats off to Chris Fortier Sat. night at The Bluefin on Main St. in downtown Memphis. His set was relentless! He played some dirty tech-house, rmxs of 80s music & of course some classics at the end of the night. Just some of the highlights: Slacker - Psychout (Mika Mix), Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus (Boys Noize Re-Work), & Kimball vs. Dekkard - Starlife (Fade Rmx) [a nice closer, BTW.] I'm very grateful I got to dance to Chris' set & talk to him at the end of the evening. He's very well-spoken, talented, & charismatic. (Thanx for the autograph, Chris!) Because Chris came to Memphis, I played 1 of my favorite compilations mixed by the man himself, Atmospherics: The Breaks . . .

After the emotional journey provided by the above CD, I started out with some classic tunes. The 1st track was borrowed from Graflin, but relinquished by Stephen.
